The mission of the Calvert County Office on Aging is to enable senior citizens to avail themselves to a full range of services and programs to maintain the best possible quality of life.  We endeavor to provide a full range of opportunities and assistance to help preserve the dignity of older adults.

Things to do at our Senior Centers

Our Senior Centers offer games, cards, ceramics, computer labs, crafts, educational classes, fine arts, game rooms, intergenerational activities, physical fitness, billiard tournaments, special event celebrations / activities, trips, cultural events and more! Before beginning a physical fitness class participants must fill out a Office on Aging Fitness Waiver and Release (PDF).

One-day trips are hosted through your local Office on Aging for persons aged 50-plus. The Office on Aging has taken trips to places like Lancaster, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and many places in between.
