Calvert County Interagency Council

About Us

Calvert County Family Network (CCFN) serves as the administrative home for the Calvert County Interagency Council (IAC). The IAC brings together local agencies, non-profits, and businesses to achieve a common goal: to collaborate, network, and share information that empowers Calvert County children, youth, and families.

Our Mission

By promoting synergy among service organizations and providers, the IAC hopes to provide a uniform platform where local agencies, non-profits, and companies may work together to address the unique needs of Calvert County's families, children, and youth.

History

Formed in the early 1990s, the IAC has been a cornerstone of community support, uniting representatives from over 50 local child and family serving agencies or providers. We are proud of the role we have played in shaping a better future for Calvert County.

Monthly Meetings

The IAC meets virtually on the first Monday of every month, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Meetings feature an "inspiration," special presentations about new or revamped programs/services and end with agency sharing. Members are also given the opportunity to provide input on goals and planning.
